By downloading or using the app "Zorlo Free" or "Zorlo Pro", these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. License

Zorlo grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Virtual Currency ("Bits")

The App includes a virtual currency known as "Bits" which can be earned through gameplay performance.

• Usage in Zorlo Free: Bits can be spent to temporarily disable interstitial advertisements for a set duration.
• Usage in Zorlo Pro: Bits can be spent in the in-game Shop to unlock exclusive cosmetic items, such as unique color palettes and different player shapes.
• No Monetary Value: Bits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services from us or anyone else.
• Non-Transferable: You may not sell, trade, or transfer Bits to any other user or third party.
• Loss of Data: Bits are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the App or clear your data, your Bits balance will be permanently lost. We cannot restore lost Bits.

3. Pro Version & Purchases

"Zorlo Pro" is a separate paid application.

• Purchasing "Zorlo Pro" does not transfer progress, high scores, or Bits from the free "Zorlo Free" version. They are treated as separate applications by the operating system.
• "Zorlo Pro" offers an Ad-free experience and exclusive game modes.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks (including "Zorlo"), trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of RO-LINK MEDIA SERVICES.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the materials on this App, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
